What is an E-Voa
The E-VOA, which stands for Electronic Visa On Arrival, is identified by the code B213.
After a long period of suspension, it is now finally back and available for use.
It allows you to stay in Indonesia/Bali for 30 days and can be extended for other 30 days.
E-Voa VS VOA
The main difference between VOA (Visa On Arrival) and E-VOA (Electronic Visa on Arrival) is the application process.
With VOA, you obtain the visa by queuing and processing it at the immigration counter upon arrival at the airport.
On the other hand, E-VOA allows you to apply in advance, resulting in a faster immigration process and shorter queue to get your passport stamped.

Our price for the E-VOA is Rp 750.000 and the processing time is 1-2 days.
Purposes and Limitations of E-VOA
Visa on Arrival is intended for purposes such as holidays, visiting family or friends, attending business meetings, purchasing goods, transit, or attending exhibitions.
It is important to note that this visa does not allow you to work or engage in business activities in Indonesia. Additionally, you are prohibited from participating as a speaker in events or establishing employment relationships.
Selling or promoting goods or services in Indonesia is also not permitted.
Failure to comply with visa conditions, Indonesian laws, or engaging in prohibited activities during your stay may result in fines, deportation, or other legal consequences.
Benefits of E-VOA
The main benefit of applying for an E-VOA is to avoid the long queues that you would have to go through if you were to purchase a VOA upon arrival.
You can also book our VIP Fast Track service, which provides assistance at the airport for Immigration, Customs, and handling your luggage until you reach the exit door.
Documents for Applying the ViSa
For applying E-VOA, you must provide us with:
- Passport with a minimum validity of 6 months when you arrive.
- Photo of yourself
- Address in Indonesia
- Return flight tickets within 60 days
Once your E-VOA is issued, you have 90 days to enter Indonesia. And the 30 days will begin on the date of your arrival in Indonesia.
Please note that your stay permit validity is written on the stamp in your passport when you arrive, not on the E-VOA.
Overstay fine is Rp 1.000.000 per day.
E-VOA/ VOA Extension
Extending your VOA/ E-VOA will gurantee you another 30 days of stay in Indonesia/Bali.
You need to extend your VOA maximum 7 days before expiry date.
We can also help you to extend your visa in Immigration Office, you will be required to come to immigration office 1 time for biometrics registration.

Process of the Extension
In order to help you manage your schedule, here is some information on how the extension process works:
Immigration only works on Business Days.
Please note this is our maximum processing time. It can be finished earlier. The sooner you do biometrics, the sooner you will receive your passport with the most recent extension stamp.
Normal Process
Day 1
You drop your passport at our office
DAY 2
We will send your passport and all your documents for an extension to immigration
Day 5-7
Immigration will send us your billing code and biometric schedule and we forward the schedule to you. You have 7 days to do biometrics since the schedule was issued
day 8
You do the biometrics at immigration office
Day 11-12
Immigration will put the stamp on your passport and then return your passport back to us within 4 business days after biometrics
Day 13
We will inform you when your passport is ready to be picked up

Day 1
